At Alexander Tool & Supply Co [Alexander], we want you to be happy with your purchase.  To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a no-hassle guarantee for the products we sell. Regardless of why your purchase didn’t work out, we have a solution that covers you for the first 30 days of ownership

 

Change Your Mind?   

 

Step #1: Submit a request to return your package through Alexander’s Customer Service Contact Us Form.  Our Customer Service team will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  You can also contact us at (248) 310-3284.   

 

Step #2: Pack your item for return to our distribution center.   

 

Step #3: Adhere your own shipping label to the package, and note the RMA number on your label.  We recommend you insure your package for the protection of your item:

Do You Believe Your Item is Defective?   

 

Step #1: Submit a request to return your package through Alexander’s Customer Service Contact Us Form.  Our Customer Service team will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  You can also contact us at (248) 310-3284.   

 

Step #2: Pack your item for return to our distribution center.   

 

Step #3: We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your item.

 

Step #4: Hand your package to any FedEx driver or take your package to a FedEx store or drop-box for free delivery back to our location.

  

Is Your Item Missing Parts? 

Often times, we can send a replacement part for a missing or defective item. If you have a part that is missing or defective, submit a Contact Us or call us at (248) 310-3284 and we’ll verify if a part can be ordered and sent directly to you.  Please reference your Order Number.

Frequently Asked Questions:

   

Q: How are refunds issued? 

A: Refunds are issued via the method of original payment. Returns are generally processed within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) of receipt in our building. However, you will be fully refunded in 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return.

Q: I purchased my item more than 30 days ago, can it be returned?

A: We provide a 30-day return policy on items we sell.  We strongly suggest you fully inspect and test your item upon arrival and contact us prior to the expiration of our return policy if your item is not operating as expected.  

 

Q: My package is lost, what should I do? 

A: Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. Please contact us if you believe your item was lost by the carrier.  We will get in touch with the carrier, and if it is truly lost, send you a replacement item.

 

Q: I accidentally used the wrong address on my order. What should I do? 

A: If a package is returned to Alexander Tool & Supply Co due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery shipping costs.  If the item originally shipped free, the customer will be responsible for any subsequent outbound shipping costs for this order.

 

Q: How do I cancel my order? 

A: Because we ship orders as quickly as possible, it may not be possible to stop your order from shipping.  Once your order is being prepared for shipment, we are not able to cancel your order.  If you decide to not keep your item, submit a request to return your package through Alexander’s Customer Service Contact Us Form.  Our Customer Service team will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  You can also contact us at (248) 310-3284.

 

Please do not refuse the shipment, as all returns require a RMA.
